Our make-it-right promise

Breadiful CATastrophe is a passion project. If you are unhappy with your bread or your experience, please tell us. We will offer a replacement or remake, store credit, or a refund for the affected order—whichever makes things right for you. We are not interested in keeping someone’s money for bread they did not enjoy.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the name used for the order, the order number if available, and what went wrong. A photo can help us understand a quality problem, but it is never required. Because bread is perishable, prompt notice helps; you do not need to return food to receive help.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund any time before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Please tell us as early as you can so a loaf does not go to waste. If baking has already started or the order was fulfilled, contact us anyway—the make-it-right promise still applies.

Fulfilment

Orders are baked for the Saturday or Sunday agreed in your order confirmation. Porch pickup is in Landsdale, Monrovia, Maryland; the exact address is provided with the confirmation. Free golf-cart delivery is available only within Landsdale. We do not mail or ship bread. If we cannot meet the promised day, we will contact you and let you choose a new date or a prompt full refund.

Refunds

We issue refunds to the original payment method. We will submit an approved refund promptly, but PayPal, card networks, and banks control when it appears in your account. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or through your payment provider.

Food information

Our current sourdough contains wheat and gluten and is made by a cottage food business that is not subject to Maryland’s food safety regulations. Contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary concern; do not assume the home kitchen is allergen-free.
